Three focused disciplines, no scope creep into territories we don't master. We do EDI, RPA, and software development — and we do them properly. Below: what each engagement looks like, the tools we use, and the outcomes you can expect.
Most EDI projects fail in one of two ways: companies either over-invest in heavyweight platforms they barely use, or duct-tape together fragile scripts that break the moment a partner updates their schema. We build pragmatic middleware — typically running in your own cloud — that handles message translation, partner-specific mappings, error handling, and full auditability.
We integrate directly with your ERP (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Odoo, Exact) and your trading partners' VANs or AS2 endpoints, so purchase orders, invoices, ASNs, and remittances flow without human intervention.
EDIFACT, ANSI X12, TRADACOMS, VDA, and modern XML/JSON equivalents.
AS2, SFTP, OFTP2, REST APIs, and Value-Added Network connections.
Orders, invoices, ASN, remittances, inventory, dispatch advice, status updates.
SAP, Dynamics 365, NetSuite, Odoo, Exact, and custom internal systems.
RPA gets a bad reputation because it's often deployed by consultants who automate broken processes instead of fixing them. We start the other way around: we map your workflow, identify what should genuinely be automated (and what shouldn't), then build bots that are resilient to the small UI changes and edge cases that break most implementations.
Our bots run unattended in production environments, processing thousands of transactions per day. They're monitored, logged, version-controlled, and they fail loudly when something genuinely changes — instead of silently corrupting your data.
OCR + validation + ERP entry, including approval routing and exception handling.
KYC checks, system provisioning, welcome sequences, and document generation.
Pulling data from disparate systems, cross-checking, and producing daily/weekly outputs.
Moving records between legacy and modern systems with full validation and rollback.
We build software for companies that have outgrown spreadsheets, hit the ceiling of generic SaaS, or need to integrate systems that vendors swore couldn't talk to each other. Our work spans internal tools, customer-facing portals, API platforms, workflow engines, and data integrations.
We're not chasing scale-up unicorn glory. We're building systems your operations team will use every day for the next ten years. That means readable code, sensible architecture, real documentation, and no surprise dependencies on services that get deprecated next quarter.
Operations dashboards, admin panels, workflow apps, and back-office systems.
Self-service interfaces for ordering, support, account management, and reporting.
Building APIs, integrating third-party services, and connecting legacy systems.
ETL pipelines, reporting layers, and warehouses that turn raw data into decisions.
2–3 weeks. Fixed price.
You suspect there's a problem worth solving but aren't sure of scope. We map the workflow, quantify the cost of the status quo, and produce a concrete plan with budget and timeline.
4–16 weeks. Fixed price or T&M.
The scope is clear and the success criteria are measurable. We deliver a defined system, with weekly demos and a hard end date.
3+ months. Monthly retainer.
One or two of our engineers join your team for an extended period. Useful when you have ongoing work but don't want to build internal hiring overhead.
Ongoing. Quarterly retainer.
For systems we've built (or sometimes inherited): monitoring, fixes, small improvements, and on-call coverage so your team doesn't have to.
Send us a description of what you're trying to fix. We'll respond within 24 hours with honest thoughts — including telling you if we're not the right fit.
